These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of secretpine.com and every individual app's coming-soon page (together, the "Service"), which is operated under the SecretPine brand. By accessing or using the Service, including submitting your email or reacting to an app, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended to showcase and measure interest in apps that are still in development. Each app listed here is a pre-launch project. "Coming soon" means only that the app is under development — we make no promise that any particular app, feature, or functionality will be released, or that it will be released within any specific timeframe. Names, features, designs, screenshots, descriptions, and timelines may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
You don't need to create an account or log in to use the Service. Visiting a page, submitting your email, or reacting to an app doesn't create an ongoing contractual or membership relationship beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. The Service doesn't provide user accounts, usernames, passwords, or visitor profiles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information presented on the Service will remain accurate or unchanged.
The Service is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecretPine won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service won't exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service, which is zero.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation isn't permitted by applicable law.
We may add, modify, suspend, deactivate, or remove any part of the Service, including any coming-soon page, feature, or project, at any time and without notice.
We don't currently provide a self-service option for deleting data you've submitted through the Service. If you wish to request deletion, please follow the instructions in the "Your rights" section of our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves or as required by law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide rights that can't be excluded or limited by these Terms.
